Summer Festival Event Part 2
Wisteria Moon and Liviana were amazed to see their Gods for the first time ever. They both smiled brightly as they received their Flolunia badges.
“I will meet you by the fountain. Can you grab me 2 pieces of watermelon and a strawberry tart please Wisteria?” Liviana asked.
Wisteria Moon nodded. “Oh course. I will see you at the fountain shortly.”
As the festivities resumed she walked over to the table to get some of the watermelon she cut. She magically levitated 2 pieces of each a moon and a star pieces as well as 2 strawberry tarts onto a piece of wood and walked over to the fountain to munch on them with her friend Liviana. She was a pretty pink part horse and kirin mix with a blonde mane & tail and some pale blue accents on her hooves and a few other places. Her starseed and flower were a gladiolus & vela pulsar adorned her back. They had been friends since they were both young and were close like sisters. The lights Wisteria Moon had placed twinkled nicely like she had hoped. She levitated a star slice of watermelon and took a delicate bite of it. As she enjoyed the sweet flavor of it.
Liviana munched on a moon slice of watermelon when they were joined for a little bit by Aurene who had a sun and moon watermelon slice as well as a small pile of candies on her piece of wood knelt down a little away from Liviana. "Whoever cut this watermelon did such an amazing job on them." She commented aloud.
Liviana overheard her and commented. “Wisteria Moon did them.”
Wisteria Moon blushed lightly behind her veil.
Aurene smiled sweetly. “They turned out lovely. A job well done Wisteria Moon.” She commented to the blushing unicorn.
“Thank you, Your Ladyship!” She said beamed.
“Are you ladies both enjoying the festival?” Aurene asked them both.
Liviana nodded. “I am Your Ladyship. I’m happy to see everyone able to get together to enjoy something fun in these hard times.” She replied.
Wisteria Moon nodded too. “I’m glad to see everyone shining so brightly in these troubled times. The festival was a wonderful idea to keep everyone’s hopes alive.” She said gently.
Aurene nodded in agreement to both the ladies' comments. “It’s good to see hope is still strong even in these dark times. You both have a good night and enjoy the rest of the celebration.” She said to them both.
“Thank you, Your Ladyship! Enjoy the festival!” Wisteria Moon and Liviana said at the same time.
Aurene stood up and walked around to partake in some of the other activities for the festival as well as see what Mehrius was up to. She had a feeling he might be enjoying some games.
Eclipsed Garden event
A pretty white unicorn with a purple mane and tail named Wisteria Moon trotted lightly towards the fountain in the center of the clearing bowing her head to other survivors she crossed paths with and greeted them warmly. She carried a saddlebag full of lights on one side and some other things for the party in the other.
As she arrived at the fountain she used her magic and put her saddlebag on the ground in front of her and opened the bag. She used her magic to levitate several strands of lights and she carefully draped them over the top of the fountain and along the sides of it, letting the ends fall in some bushes close to the fountain. Then she picked up her saddlebag with her magic and used her magic to drape some more lights in the trees around the entrance to the clearing and all around the area. She smiled excitedly. It was going to look so beautiful at night. After she finished with the lights she put her saddle bag back on and walked over to the watermelons that had already been placed on the table to be cut for the party. She skillfully magically picked up the knife and cut the watermelon and started cutting them into moon, stars and sun shapes and placed them all on plates and covered them for later. She placed the edges she didn’t use in a lined wooden box.
After she finished with her fruit project she trotted over to assist some of the others picking off sweets from some of the bushes in the garden. She merrily chatted with them as they filled some bowls with the delicious sweets and candy that lined the bushes. From time to time she would get distracted watching the others set things up for the celebration as well. She smiled as she continued working. ‘This is going to be a wonderful party.’ She thought to herself.
